HOW TO: Submit a Bug Report

Need to report a bug for Lynked: Banner of the Spark? There are currently two methods to submit bug reports.

Before submitting a new bug, we ask that you do a quick search on either of the following platforms to check if a similar bug has already been reported.

Discord (Account Required)

If you haven't already, you can join the Lynked Discord server here. To report a bug in Discord please follow the next steps:

  • Navigate to the bug reporting channel here.
  • Click the "Create Bug Report" button.
  • Go to the thread that is created.
  • Provide detailed information including:
    • A clear description of the issue.
    • What you expected to happen.
    • Steps to reproduce the bug.
    • Screenshots or video recordings, if applicable.
    • Your system specifications.
    • The platform you encountered the bug on.
  • Submit your text.

Once you have submitted, your bug report will show on the "bug-reports" channel. From here, our QA team will review your report, ask follow-up questions if needed, and update the status to keep you informed of any progress made.

Web Form (Dreamhaven Account Required)

For those that don't have a Discord account, or prefer not to use it, you can use the web form version instead. A Dreamhaven Account is required to submit bugs on this platform, but you can search for reports that have already been submitted without one.

  • Navigate to the web form here.
  • Click the "Sign In" into your Dreamhaven account, and sign in
    • You can also create an account if you haven't already.
  • Click the "Report Bug" button.
  • A text box will open.
  • Provide detailed information including:
    • A clear description of the issue.
    • What you expected to happen.
    • Steps to reproduce the bug.
    • Attach screenshots or video recordings, if applicable.
    • Your system specifications.
    • The platform you encountered the bug on.
  • Click Send.

Once you have submitted, your bug report will populate on the main page. From here, our QA team will review your report, determine next steps, and update the status to keep you informed of any progress made.
