We believe that creativity should be fun and respectful. Players can create and place items in their towns using custom shapes, but this system should never be used to spread hate, sexual content, or offensive messages. If you come across a town that contains inappropriate imagery, words, or symbols, please report it so our team can investigate.

Submitting a Report
To report a town while in-game:
- Bring your character close to the location of the offending content.
- Open the Main Menu.
- Select Options.
- Navigate to the Town Settings tab.
- Click the Report Town button.
You will be prompted to select a reason for your report:
- Hate Speech and Violence - Content expresses hatred or encourages violence towards a group of persons. Content promotes self harm or harm to others.
- Sexually Explicit - Content is sexual in nature. Pornography, depictions of sex or sexual act, depictions of sexual organs or sexual harassment.
- Inappropriate Content - Content is rude, vulgar, or similarly offensive. Content contains advertising and solicitation.
After choosing a category, you’ll see a summary of your report before submitting it. Once submitted, the town will be reviewed by our moderation team.
The Review Process
All town reports are reviewed manually by our moderation team. We investigate every report to ensure our game world remains safe and respectful for all players.
We do not disclose specific actions taken against other players, but rest assured: appropriate penalties are applied when necessary.
Penalty Types
Temporary Suspension (Online Play): If a reported town is found to contain inappropriate content, the player who owns the town will receive a temporary suspension from online play as a first-time offense.
Permanent Ban (Online Play): Repeated offenses will result in the permanent removal of online play.
Appealing a Penalty
If you believe a penalty was issued in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting Player Support here.
Please note: We do not overturn any penalties that were correctly applied after review.
